Classic Whisky Sour

VEGAN

Ingredients

30ml whisky
20ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
30mI aquafab aquafaba

Method

Add ice, whisky, lemon juice sugar syrup and aquafab aquafaba to a shaker.

Shake until cold and then for another 20 seconds until tin is frosty.

Strain into a glass.

Garnish with lemon

Gin Sour

VEGAN

Ingredients

30ml Four Pillars Gin
20ml lemon juice
10mI sugar syrup
30ml aquafab aquafaba

Method

Add ice, gin, lemon juice sugar syrup and aquafab aquafaba to a shaker.

Shake until cold and then for another 20 seconds until tin is frosty.

Strain into a glass.

Garnish with lemon

Amaretto Sour

VEGAN

Ingredients

30ml amaretto
20ml lemon juice
10mI sugar syrup
30ml aquafab aquafaba

Method

Add ice, amaretto, lemon juice sugar syrup and aquafab aquafaba to a shaker.

Shake until cold and then for another 20 seconds until tin is frosty.

Strain into a glass.

Garnish maraschino cherry.

Midori Sour

20mI lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
30ml aquafab aquafaba

Method

Add ice, midori, lemon juice sugar syrup and aquafab aquafaba to a shaker.

Shake until cold and then for another 20 seconds until tin is frosty.

Strain into a glass.

Garnish with lemon.

Australian Vodka Sour

30ml Melbourne's own award winning Isla Vodka
20ml lemon juice
10mI sugar syrup
30ml aquafab aquafaba

Method

Add ice, whisky, lemon juice sugar syrup and aquafab aquafaba to a shaker.

Shake until cold and then for another 20 seconds until tin is frosty.

Strain into a glass.

Garnish with preserved citrus.

Espresso Martini

Ingredients

30ml Melbourne's own award winning Isla Vodka
30ml Kahlua
20ml espresso coffee
10ml sugar syrup
20ml aquafab aquafaba

Method

Add ice, whisky, lemon juice sugar syrup and aquafab
aquafaba to a shaker.

Shake until cold and then for another 20 seconds until tin is frosty.

Strain into a glass martini glass.

Garnish with coffee beans.

Blueberry Negroni Sour

VEGAN

Ingredients

30ml gin
30ml campari
30ml sweet vermouth
Handful of blueberries
15ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
30ml aquafab aquafaba

Method

Add blueberries to shaker and muddle, add ice and all other ingredients.

Shake until cold and then for another 20 seconds until tin is frosty.

Strain into a glass.

Garnish with blueberries.

Raspberry Delight

VEGAN

Ingredients

30ml Four Pillars Gin
15ml chambord
15mI raspberry syrup
30ml aquafab aquafaba

Method

Add ice, gin, Chambord, raspberry syrup and aquafab aquafaba to a shaker.

Shake until cold and then for another 20 seconds until tin is frosty.

Strain into a glass.

Top with three drops of grenadine in the middle of the foam.

Non alcoholic Pina Colada

VEGAN

Ingredients

60ml pineapple juice
45ml coconut cream
30ml aquafab aquafaba

Method

Add ice, pineapple juice, coconut cream and aquafab aquafaba to blender.

Blend.

Serve in a Pina Colada glass.

Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
